School Psychologist
As a school psychologist, I collaborated with general and special education teams to provide comprehensive education plans to all students in 9th through 12th grades. I supported center-based Setting III special education classrooms, teaching social-emotional learning and other skills. I sat on our school’s risk assessment team, completed special education evaluations & assessments, and consulted with stakeholders districtwide to ensure all students had access to appropriate educational services.
Special Education Teacher (in progress)
I taught special education on a variance license for two years before starting my graduate education for school psychology; I returned to the classroom in 2024 to teach and manage a caseload in a Setting IV special education building. I am most interested in the identification and education of twice exceptional students across general and special education settings.
